This small library contains fictional rules for practicing source retrieval.
It is separate from the Harbor campaign and sales workbook examples.

- [Escalation directory](escalation-directory.md): fictional owners for unresolved requests.

## Authority

Use the current version of the relevant policy. The directory identifies an
owner; it does not grant approval. A customer quotation and a commercial quote
are different things. If the sources do not answer a question, say so.
